Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can continue offering the best scheduling options for our guests, we kindly request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will provide grace for the first occurrence but will require a card on file for your next booking. For the second time or more, there will be an automatic $60 fee charged before scheduling a new appointment.

No Show Policy

Clients who are unable to attend their appointments or cancel within the required cancellation period will be subject to our no-show policy. With our confirmation messages, you have ample time to notify us about your need to cancel. All instances of no-shows will be documented, and clients who fail to show up or cancel in advance will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of their scheduled services, or their future appointments may be subject to restrictions.

Service Re-do

Our commitment is to provide our guests with the utmost satisfaction. If you encounter any challenges with your haircut or color, please inform us within 7 days of your visit, and your original stylist will gladly address the matter at no extra cost. It's important to note that the redo service must be conducted by the original stylist; any request for a different stylist may incur an additional charge. Refunds are not available for services rendered.

Retail Return

In the event of a retail purchase that doesn't meet your requirements, we accept retail exchanges for full credit or exchange within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase.

2021 Covid Related Update

At Olive Grace Salon, our guests comfort is our biggest priority. We are now giving our guests the choice to wear a facial covering during their service. That being said, as your service providers, we are always prepared to wear a mask for your comfort. If there is a concern about non-mask wearing, we are very open to accommodate you in some way, please reach out to us.
