Education & Coaching

In Person Education

  • If you are interested in a class related to your position at Olive Grace that you want to be a part of, send it to Melody through Band.

Online Digital Education

  • We have an iPad located in the break room with access to education on it in the app Kajabi. You can borrow it for a few days at a time if needed. We also have logins available for a few online classes.

You & Me Meetings

  • Quarterly

  • Outside of the salon or Zoom call

  • This is where you will talk with the owner about your goals and areas of focus over the next quarter. If you have any issues or concerns, this is where those can be discussed also.

Booking 30 Min Meeting

  • Meeting - includes Business, social media, or personal growth

  • You are allowed to book 1 - 30m Meeting with either the manager or owner - per month.

Destroy the Hairdresser

  • DTH is a coaching company that we utilize to its fullest. Olive Grace salon has most of the same business structures as DTH so you may be referenced to some of their videos to learn. We also work with a personal coach from their team that has poured into our business this past year.

  • You can listen to their podcast & follow on social media

  • They have classes on Clubhouse on Mon, Wed, & Fridays at 8a-9a

Thrivers Society

  • Thrivers Society is a great source for stylists to grow their business individually. It's a great training program for stylists and support staff.
